Founder

Mr.Sacheen Gandhi is a simple man who had the courage to pursue his dreams. He is a true leader, a far-sighted visionary, and an avid philanthropist. Mr. Gandhi strongly believes that every man should have a mission and just not lead a materialistic life. His ambitious journey has been an inspiration to all those who want to rise above the odds in life. Mr. Gandhi started his career in the Banking & Insurance Sectors in 2010.

Mr. Gandhi observed during his banking job that a maximum number of people applied for loans for the treatment of their family members. He realizes that the people whose loans were rejected by banks did not have any option or way out to deal with the situation and more or less he felt the helplessness of these people. A similar situation occurred in his own family and that has made him to take a strong step in his life & he left his job and decided to do full-time social work.

Mr. Gandhi ardently followed his unyielding purpose of refining the healthcare system of the nation and consequently established his first NGO, "CURES," in 2011, where spreading public awareness by providing free health check-up camps was the target.

This endeavour paved the way for the enlightenment of the public regarding the prevalence of drug waste. With the vision to provide free treatment and curtail the wastage of drugs, Mr. Gandhi Co-founded the "Medicine Baba Trust in 2016".

The "Medicine Baba Trust" harvests unused medicines and distributes them to the less fortunate. To boost his aspiration further, he steered into the field of the documentary (https://youtu.be/htzupBjohhs), where he focused on medicinal waste and its impact on the environment around us. His hard work and determination have put this foundation on the path to success and wealth.

Mr. Gandhi’s ride took another turn when he established "Social Talks," (2017) a platform that integrates national and international associations, primarily communicating science and medical research between industry and academics. The ‘Social Talks’ not only aims to widen health awareness among the masses but also encourages leadership among other organizations through a series of conferences, webinars, seminars, and workshops. ‘Social Talks’ pioneers to influence the world with enriching ideas from diverse spheres of Healthcare, Education, IPR, Start-Ups, and the Social Sector.

In continuing the mission of betterment and upliftment of the healthcare sector and better outreach, in July 2021, under the Companies Act, 2013 incorporated “HEALTHCOPEIA FOUNDATION” to bring all the activities under one umbrella.

Recently, He has added another jewel to his journey with ‘Healthcopeia Outreach’ a magazine that shines a light on the key issues and challenges in the pharma and healthcare sector. Also, he has collaborated with ICMR with the mission to have awareness in the field of “Assistive Technology” through a monthly bulletin.
